Helper class for the SourceUpdatedListenerService. Currently this class only provides service related convenience apis that do not require the SourceUpdatedListenerService. Since the SourceUpdatedListenerService currently has no remotely callable apis, this helper class does not contain a reference to the SourceUpdatedListenerService.
